Dhruv Jurel the son of a Kargil War officer a Royal finding and a star in making for Team India is Born in Agra on 22 January 2001, Dhruv Jurel was the son of Nem Singh, a retired Indian Army and Kargil War veteran. Coming from an Army background, Nem wanted his son to complete the National Defence Academy (NDA) exam and serve as a soldier for the Indian Army.

However, Jurel had other ideas as he was drawn towards cricket during his school days and started playing in summer camps. The turnaround came when Nem received feedback on his son’s incredible batting skills, though he remained doubtful about a cricket career.

Dhruv Jurel is a talented cricketer who represents the Indian national team and Rajasthan Royals in IPL. Born on January 22, 2001, in Agra, UP, India. He showed his cricketing prowess from a young age. Jurel is known for his skills as a wicketkeeper-batsman.

Speaking at the post-match presentation ceremony, he praised the youngster’s calmness in critical situations of a match when that goes the other way if he gets out point of time and also said:-

“Jurel playing his second Test showed solid composure, calmness and he’s got the shots as well to play all around the wicket. The first innings 90 of his was very crucial for us to get close to England’s total and again in the second innings showed a lot of maturity, composure along with Gill.”
